Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible: your email if you subscribe to the Letter, your message if you write to us, and anonymous analytics about how the site is used. We never sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

Newsletter: if you subscribe to the SahajNidra Letter, we store your email address with our email provider (MailerLite) so we can send you the weekly letter. You can unsubscribe with one click at any time, and your address is deleted from active lists.

Contact form: if you write to us, your name, email, and message are delivered to us via Formspree so we can reply. We don't add you to any list.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand which articles are read and how visitors find us. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and a single local preference that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels from social networks.

Who we share data with

Only the services that make the site work: MailerLite (newsletter), Formspree (contact form), Google Analytics (usage statistics), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under their own privacy policies. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email contact@sahajnidra.in and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note it in the Letter.
